How does it work?

Grab the brim or bottom of the hat with one hand and place the other hand inside the hat and push upwards. 

You can also put the hat on top of your head and push it down gently with your head. 

To close the hat, push the top gently to flatten it.

What if the size does not fit? Can I exchange it?

All hats have an adjustable band.

If still not satisfied, send us an email on xxxxxx and we will ship you the right size as well as send you the shipping label to return the original hat.

When are you launching? Why are you pre-selling?

Stock will be available for immediate delivery on 31st of April. However, given the high demand and limited availability, you can reserve your hats before the 31st of April. Shipping will start on 31st of April with the first orders being shipped first.
