How does it work?

Grab the brim or bottom of the hat with one hand and place the other hand inside the hat and push gently upwards. If there is any resistance, keep pushing gently.

You can also put the hat on top of your head and push it down gently with your head. 

To close the hat, push the top gently to flatten it.

What if the size does not fit? Can I exchange it?

Our standard size was studied for months to fit almost all hat sizes for most women (90%), accommodating head circumferences from 56.5 cm to 59.5cm (22.24" to 23.23").
