Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the hat. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bellar.co with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide their own return label. Once we receive the item and confirm it is unused and in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund is processed.

• Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
