15 Days to Return the hat if there is a problem with the mechanism or any faulty reason.

Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

The product should be clean (no make up or other trace), unworn outside, and in its original packaging.

Customers need to:

1. Initiate a return via our email info@bellar.co with subject “Return Request”.

2. Provide order details (order number, reason for return, and sometimes photos).

3. Receive a return label (either prepaid or requiring postage).

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund is processed.

• Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
